These Terms apply to the sale of products offered on this Site, primarily including Nutritious Foods, Herbal Products, Natural Supplements ,Personal Care Products,  Physiotherapy Products and Health Education Materials.

All information of products (descriptions, images, and usages etc.)  are from eligible manufacturing enterprises. We strive to ensure the accuracy of all information, however, we cannot guarantee that they are entirely error-free. Prohealthmall In. is not legally responsible for any inaccuracies in such information. Purchases made through this Site are at the user’s own risk.

We reserve the right to modify, refuse, or cancel orders when necessary. If an order has been paid for but is subsequently canceled, we will issue a full refund. Users are responsible for monitoring their payment method to confirm receipt of the refund.

5, Payment Methods
We accept the following payment methods through Alpha Pay and Worldline:

Master card, Visa Card, AE Card, Unionpay, Alipay, WeChat Pay.

All payment information is processed by Alpha Pay or Worldline, and by providing payment details, you authorize  Prohealthmall.com to process the transaction. But Prohealthmall.com do not keep any payment detail information in this Site.

6, Shipping and Delivery

Delivery Method: Standard shipping via Canada Post or UPS or other delivery company, with an estimated delivery time of 7 to 21 business days base on where is the destination.

Shipping Fees: Free shipping to destinations in Canada, United States and China. If there is extra fee for other destinations, it will be in addition to the item price to shown at checkout.

International Orders: For shipments outside of Canada, the user may be required to pay customs duties and taxes of the destination country or region.
